We collect personal information for sales, delivery, enrolment, training and communication purposes. This information is kept private. We comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

In the event of default of payment of any amount owing to us we may use your personal information for disclosure purposes to credit reporting agencies and/or disclose all personal information and that relating to the outstanding amount to collections agency or solicitors for the purpose of obtaining any amounts outstanding.

Your nominated emergency contact may be contacted by us if there is any incident.

All photographs, videos or matters of this nature taken during the Project/Course are our property and you consent to us using such photographs or videos to promote, advertise, profit and/or for marketing purposes.
